Monitoring services offered on the Web Performance Management (UltraWPM) platform do not provide real time data collection of active user connections to a website. All website monitoring data is anonymous and aggregated.
More specifically, UltraWPM offers as a supplement Real User Measurement (RUM) feature in which captures real web user experience over time, not in real-time. Again, Vercara does not collect personality identifiable information on active user connections to a given website monitored by RUM.
